The Maryland Powerlifting Report 3/20/08

Local News:

The 2008 100% RAW Bench press/Deadlift/Power Curl Nationals is coming to Maryland.

Mid-Atlantic Powerlifting is partnering with 100% RAW President, Paul Bossi, to promote and host this great event.

For me, it is an annual event I always look forward to seeing. There has always been great lifters from various federations who have lifted in this competition in the past.

The meet will be held at the Annapolis Moose Lodge on Saturday, June 28th.

Entry form and additional information will soon be provided.

Larry Maile describes future plans for internet use:

All,
Madvig Solutions, LLC will take up the task of the online rankings system for 2008 and beyond. Thanks, Gentlemen.

Tony Cardella, who is our webmaster will be rebuilding the website over the next few months to implement the design that Lea Foreman worked through for us. As you recall, Lea did the website design that we have now and which presents USAPL in a very positive light. We want to freshen it up some and make it a little more user friendly.

Tony will also be working on the records pages so that we can have a system that allows the user to drill down to look at past records in addition to the current ones.

Thank you all for all you do for USAPL.
