Maryland Powerlifting Report 11/26/07
Please, everyone, have a spotter with you when lifting. While it is not known whether Ernie had a spotter of not, it could mean the difference between life and death.
Roster- 2007 USAPL Maryland State Powerlifting Championships (updated 11/25/07)

There will be three flights of squats, four flights of bench and three flights of deadlifts. the break-down is as follows (pending weigh-ins):
Squats
1- Women thru 181's (10)
2- 198's and 220's (13)
3- 242 thru SHW's (13)
Bench Press
1- Those who are doing bench only (17)
2- Women thru 181's (10)
3- 198's and 220's (13)
4- 242 thru SHW's (13)
Deadlift
1- Women thru 181's (10)
2- 198's and 220's (13)
3- 242 thru SHW's (13)
As a reminder, the following is the schedule:
7:00 AM- doors open/registration begins
7:15 AM- weigh-ins open
8:45 AM- weigh-ins close/rules briefing
9:00 AM- opening ceremony
9:15 AM- competition begins
Approximately 15 minutes will be taken between lifts.
ADAU News:
Deadline for the Coal Country Classic is December 1. It is the last scheduled meet for 2007 and will be competed on December 9. To view the roster, click here.
APF News:
Deadline for the Old Man Winter Push/Pull meet in Greenville, SC is December 1. This will be the last meet for 2007 in the Mid-Atlantic region for 2007. It is scheduled to be competed on Saturday December 15.
IPA News:
Results have been posted from the 2007 Senior National Powerlifting Championships that were competed November 17 & 18 in York, PA. For Bench only results, click here.
IPF News:
The Coach Commission met October 13 in Soelden, Austria. they discussed a number of critical issues including;
