Note from Robert Keller; As a kind and gentle reminder, if you're an international referee, in order for you to renew your IPF Category I and II credentials, referees are required to have at the minimum, at least four [4] National or International Powerlifting Championships between 2004 - 2007. Please contact either Bill Clayton or myself, if you have any questions regarding re-certification of your credentials. Tim Bruner:
ED COAN....without a doubt the strongest powerlifter of all time once again showed us all why!
This weekend in Las Vegas THE LEGEND, with a posse of some of the biggest names and guys in the sport of strength. Mark Philipe, Nick Best, Scooney, Capt. Kirk, to name a few! Keep in mind that he attended the Committe meeting the night before and then was present and lifting on a very long Saturday! Came in at 236 and went 931 on a 3rd squat and 518 retake (hurt shoulder) and a 810 retake...I must say the USPF officials were not being very nice on this day with some of the most tight judging I have seen in a long time. read more
