What a great weekend we had in New Martinsville this past weekend we really gave back to some of the younger kids that came up from Charleston WV. It feels good to give back and help young lifters understand our sport.
Onto an important event though; on April 13,14 at Pro Performance in Morgantown WV we are holding a fitness expo that I want everyone to attend. We are hoping for around 3,000 people in attendance for this event. I need every lifter to want to take part in this event. Click on Pro Performance Rx for more info. We are having bodybuilding, powerlifting, boxing, strongman and much more. We hope this event grows on a yearly basis. Thanks for all of your support. If any vendors want to set up a booth it is only $350. for the weekend I do have many vendors already signed up.
