Update: From Al Siegel - President ADAU

"The past two months have not been good to me. Here is a post I put on several forums on November 9th:”

“No long post, just a little update to say thanks: Today is my 69th birthday and I've been home for a day and a half now. Two knee surguries, one open heart, one to remove an infected pacemaker and leads, and one to give me a new pacemaker, all in the past 7 weeks. Feeling good, but have several weeks to go of visits to my local hospital for anti-biotic IV's every twelve hours, until Dec 12th. After having open heart surgery in January, I did compete in June and August, so I'm telling you I WILL BE BACK. Again, thanks for your support and prayers. May all your lifts be light, and may all your lights be white. Big Al "!
