2006 USAPL Maryland State Championships
A message from Mark Daniel- USAPL State Chairman, Maryland
Lifters,
Hope you all are ready for a great day of lifting this Saturday. Anyone bringing support/friends/family - there will be no admission charged. Anyone wanting to assist with the meet - spot/load etc would be greatly appreciated, just check in with Mark or Caryn when you arrive.
As a reminder, please remember to bring your USAPL card, one piece lifting suit, long socks for the deadlift, a t-shirt and gentlemen - remember no boxers only regular briefs allowed (no groove briefs or supportive undergarments). All USAPL rules will be enforced.
The food court will not be open, so please remember to bring a supply of food and drinks. There are plenty of eating establishments close by.
We will make every attempt to begin the meet promptly at 9am.
