News Letter 10/30/06
Starting this week, a new column is introduced which hopefully will be a valuable resource for all. Periodically, Matt Gary will be writing training tips which will be linked both here and at the message board message board. In time and once it is built, this information will be found at Mid Atlantic Powerlifting. Matt has a wealth of experience and skills in powerlifting along with personal training and fitness. Matt is a vetern competitor and still competes, but finds time to officiate powerlifting meets and serve as a coach for the USAPL National team which will compete in the upcoming IPF World Powerlifting Championships. His dedication and contributions to the powerlifting community are many and great. The article this week is "Training the Deadlift". Comments are welcomed both here and at the message board.
