Karwoski-Gallagher Seminar 10/8/06

"Captain" Kirk and Marty held their "Purposefully Primitive" seminar at the Ellington, which is located on U St, NW in Wash., DC on Sunday, Oct 8, 2006. The seminar started at 11:00 AM and covered the fundamentals of training for powerlifting. And hour was dedicated to each of the three lifts and ended at 2:00 PM. Proper technique in performing each of the lifts was stressed along with ensuring proper nutrition, avoiding over training and ensuring adequate periods of rest. The two allowed plenty of time for questions to be asked along with working one-on-one with many of the attendees.
