I'm off to the races starting this week. First it is to Orlando for the 100% Raw Powerlifting Federation's Bench and Powerlifting Nationals. I will be leaving Thursday and returning Sunday. The following weekend, I may/may not be in Chester, WV for the USPF Nationals/Multi Nationals. When I get back from The USPF meet, I'll be in Columbia, at the Colosseum, for Maryland's Strongest Police. Then I will probably travel to Hagerstown on the 26th to check out the ADAU Powerlifting Championships. August is HOT!

Mark Daniel (State Chairman, USAPL) has announced that the USAPL will have two meets later this year. One is to be scheduled in September and the other either the week before or the week after Thanksgiving this November. Mark is also requesting help with running these meets.
