News Letter 8/15/06

I got back home from the 100% Raw Federation’s Bench Press Nationals and Powerlifting Nationals Sunday night. It was a long trip but very rewarding. Both meets were great! Saw some great lifting and everyone had a great time. You can read some of the comments posted by some of the participants on the message board at http://rawpowerlifting.proboards62.com/. I hope to be able to post some pictures and results soon.

I’ve added more boards to the message board. I added discussion boards for each federation. If you get a chance, check the board out and register. To date, only 3 have registered. The link can be found by scolling down the "Links" section on the left side of this page.
